We don't charge any fee for making the reservations. You only pay for the services you book. Feel free to make your online reservation or call us at the call center.

Yes, we offer private and personalized services, each service has information about this option. If you need more information, just contact us to assist you with the details.

Yes, all the services on our website include federal taxes of 16% IVA.

It depends on the service, we have the Dolphin Swim where groups are relatively small, around 10 participants per session. We also have Off-Road tours where groups can be around up to 20-30 vehicles per session. Having a big group doesn't mean the service is lack, they know how to coordinate these activities. If you like to have the service more focused on you, we highly recommend you considering a private service.

You will find multiple payment options such as PayPal, Stripe, and Mercado Pago. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

We try keeping it as flexible as possible, that's why you can cancel most of the services 24 hours before. We just have a few services where you need more than 24 hours, due to the nature of its operation. Every service has its own cancellation policy, besides the general terms and conditions.

Yes, as you can see on your navigation bar, there is a little padlock that shows it. All the information provided on our website is encrypted by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We will never use your information for other reasons than your reservations.
